Kasspar OWA Desk Private Preview
What is stored
- Your account: email address, full name, a salted password hash, and sign-in sessions.
- What you configure: recipient lists you import, mailbox names, addresses and daily limits, messages, your signature and attachments.
- Sending records: which addresses were reserved and marked sent in each campaign, so no address is contacted twice.
- Your authorised computer: its name, Windows version, a public key, the extension and Windows component versions, and when it was last seen.
- Security and audit records: account, package and device changes, and security warnings.
What is not collected
- The extension does not read or upload your mailbox, other emails or contacts.
- When a draft is verified, only counts and pass/fail results are recorded, never message content or recipient addresses.
- The device key never leaves your computer.
How it is used
Only to run Kasspar OWA Desk for you, enforce limits, protect accounts and support you. It is not sold or shared for advertising. Administrators can see account, package and device information, not your lists or messages.
Keeping and removing data
Ask your administrator to close your account. Account, list and message data are deleted on request; security and audit records are kept for as long as needed to protect the service.
